| "Cash Balance" | Real-money BDT funds deposited by the Player or transferred from Bonus Funds after wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. |
| "Platform" | The 599bet website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services accessible at 599bet.bar. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which use of the 599bet platform would contravene applicable local laws or regulations. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager (bet) before Bonus Funds can be converted to Cash Balance and subsequently withdrawn. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). |
| "Void Bet" | A bet that is cancelled and refunded to the Player's Account, typically due to a data error, event cancellation, or system malfunction. |
2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The 599bet platform is available exclusively to persons who are at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. 599bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is found not to have been met. Any funds held in an underage Account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 599bet platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or family-member Accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 599bet reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from those Accounts.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and update that information promptly whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance. 599bet reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time using third-party identity verification services.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC)
Before processing any withdrawal, and at 599bet's discretion at any other time, Players may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
2.5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 599bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where that unauthorised use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify 599bet support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3. Deposits
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
599bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is applied by 599bet.
3.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit is ā§ŗ100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 599bet, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits of their chosen payment method.
3.3 Deposit Processing Time
bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Rocket and Upay transfers are typically credited within five minutes. Bangladeshi bank transfers are credited within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 599bet does not guarantee specific processing times as these are determined by third-party payment providers.
3.4 Deposit of Own Funds
You warrant that all funds deposited into your 599bet Account are legally owned by you and are free from any encumbrance. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 599bet reserves the right to freeze and investigate any Account where the source of deposited funds is in doubt.
4. Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum single withdrawal is ā§ŗ500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction imposed by 599bet, though individual payment methods may carry their own caps.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 599bet finance team. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 4 hours of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals complete within 2 to 6 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during peak periods such as BPL finals or Eid holidays.
4.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect Player accounts. Where the original payment method cannot receive funds, 599bet will work with the Player to identify an alternative method following completion of enhanced KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Fees
599bet does not charge any fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider or receiving bank may apply their own transaction fees. Such fees are entirely outside 599bet's control and are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.5 Withdrawal Holds and Investigations
599bet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified by email or support message when a withdrawal is placed on hold and will be advised of the steps required to resolve the hold. 599bet will endeavour to complete all investigations within 5 business days.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 599bet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ā§ŗ1,000 bonus requires ā§ŗ20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to Cash Balance). The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated on the individual promotion page. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of bonus expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Balance. It is the Player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system â including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers â will have all bonus balances forfeited and may have their Account permanently suspended. 599bet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions
599bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of withdrawal will not be affected retrospectively, provided they comply with the original promotional terms.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by 599bet. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. 599bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed by Players who 599bet determines to be professional bettors or to be placing bets that exploit pricing errors.
6.2 Pricing Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, 599bet reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. Bets accepted at manifestly incorrect prices will not be honoured. 599bet will notify affected Players and process stake refunds within 24 hours of identifying such an error.
6.3 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: event cancellation before completion; abandonment of a sporting event without a result being declared; system malfunction affecting bet placement or settlement; or any other circumstance where 599bet, in its sole discretion, determines that voiding is the fair and appropriate outcome. Void bets are returned to the Player's Cash Balance.
6.4 Settlement of Bets
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international matches, FIFA for football, etc.). Where an official result is not available, 599bet will use the result as reported by its designated data provider. Settlement errors will be corrected when identified, and adjustments will be made to affected Accounts.
6.5 Casino Game Results
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 599bet does not control or modify the RNG outputs. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the game studios and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
6.6 Collusion and Match Fixing
Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping in live casino games, or any other form of dishonest play is strictly prohibited. 599bet employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious betting patterns. Where collusion or dishonest play is identified, all associated Accounts will be suspended, winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and remain in effect for the full duration chosen by the Player. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed during the active exclusion window. Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to create new Accounts. Any Account created in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 599bet platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:
- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Creating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
- Depositing funds that do not belong to you or that were obtained through unlawful means.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 599bet platform â including but not limited to the 599bet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials â is the exclusive intellectual property of 599bet or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 599bet.
Game titles, studio names, and associated trademarks (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence on the 599bet platform does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property rights to the Player.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 599bet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
599bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
599bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 599bet will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
599bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. It will only be shared with service providers who assist 599bet in operating the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12. Amendments & Account Termination

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, 599bet will process any pending withdrawal of remaining Cash Balance to the Player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.
12.3 Account Suspension and Termination by 599bet
599bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the Account is being used for fraudulent or criminal purposes, or that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 599bet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 599bet support at [email protected]. 599bet will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this Section limits 599bet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent immediate harm to its platform or users.
